Terminals access procedures for road hauliers

Compulsory access badges

GMP is certified as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and complies with the measures of the ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) policy. Therefore, these security measures require rigorous, but essential, controls of the identity of anyone enterering in the Terminals.

Access to our 2 terminals – Terminaux NORD et Terminal de France – is strictly limited to drivers handling an access badge (delivery time approximately 4 weeks)

3 types of badges with fees :

  • PERMANENT badge, 1 year validity = 60€ TTC
  • TEMPORARY badge, 3 month validity = 20€
  • ONE SHOT badge = 18€       PLEASE NOTE! SINCE 13/10/2025, and in accordance with LAW No. 2025-532 of 13 June 2025, no more ONE ONE SHOT CONTAINER badges are being issued. Only permanent (or temporary 3-month) personal badges will allow access to our terminals.
  • ONE SHOT badges available for CFS and RORO access

The creation of a customer account is compulsory to obtain a badge. Please consult our dedicated website : https://acces.gmplehavre.fr

> Access to TDF - Terminal De France - under appointment " RENDEZ-VOUS"

  • You must pass through the François 1er gate to enter PORT 2000 / TDF.Access to GMP’s Terminal de France is only possible by a platform dedicated to managing your appointments, from Monday to Friday. This procedure is dedicated to the smooth and rapid passage of goods by road.

GMP offers 2 types of appointment:

“Simple” appointment, free of charge: the carrier must know the number of the container being transported
“Flex” appointment : allows the carrier to book a time slot without knowing the number of the container to be operated. The ‘Flex’ appointment can therefore be used several days in advance to book a time slot, whether import or export, empty or full. There is a charge for this appointment. It cannot be exchanged, changed or refunded.
