Our IT teams design and implement high-performance software for tracking and tracing goods, and optimizing operational management at the yard. Our terminals are 100% digital and fully secure. GMP owns every type of network, and each of our speeds (WIMESCH/ LORA/SIGFOX…) has a specific use for its activity. Thanks to private 5G pro coverage and a very high-speed network, it develops in-house tools based on 3 axes:

Traceability and optimization: the digital twin

 

  • Our latest-generation IT tools – NAVIGO and NAVI B.I – provide a virtual representation of our terminals at any given moment. They store and analyze all DATAS concerning straddleholder productivity, optimized travel distances, and container positioning, thus facilitating rapid, timely decision-making for ever more controlled operations.
    The performance of your cargo’s transit is part of our continuous improvement approach, with the aim of predictive analysis and modeling of ideal ports of call.

Enhanced safety

  • Real-time tracking of goods: thanks to an integrated tracking system, every rider movement is tracked, from the beginning to the end of the container’s journey.
  • Development of an anti-collision system: calculation to assess the danger of trajectories and avoid collisions between riders. An alert is sent to the drivers to correct the trajectory.
  • Stopover reports: each vessel stopover is computerized and can be consulted at any time.

    Thanks to geolocation, loading plans will be optimized, enabling straddlers to reduce their travel distances on the platforms
